This design is for the replacement of a 100 year old farmhouse along the banks of the Fox River. The current owners have outgrown the existing home and desire improved energy performance and a better siting to take advantage of their views of the Fox Valley. The home is designed to reflect the character of the neighborhood and the traditional styling of their existing farmhouse. CTI completed schematic design, energy modeling and an initial cost estimate for the owners.
